Metpack is an extrusion company from Istanbul Turkey, specialising in barrier coated board production using different polymer/biopolymers including PE, Green PE, PP, PET and Home Compostable.

We are located in a 40,000m² premises on the European side of Istanbul with an annual production capacity of 84,000 MT. Metpack houses 5 uniquely built extrusion lines with speeds upto 400m/min and can extrude on paper grades starting from 20g/m² upto paperboards of 460g/m². With the help of our 5 machines, we have developed an agile system of production to provide the best quality control for our customers. Our aim is to produce exactly what the customers wants or dreams. Our production and quality meets all international food grade packaging standards (BRCGS Packaging, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

We have FSC and PEFC certifications. We also have ISO 50001:2018 from TÜV Austria.We believe in circular economy model and while supplying all our energy from our greenfield project, we also have created Fibra, a specialised recycling plant for Polymer coated boards. After separation, the pulp is food contact approved, FSC-certified and is used in various kinds of food contact applications including Molded Fiber production.
