The Forsman Tea Advent Calendar, created for the 2024 Christmas season, demonstrates how thoughtful material selection can elevate both design and sustainability. Manufactured with ALASKA® BRIGHT, 245 g/m² from MM Board & Paper, the calendar is entirely plastic-free – offering a recyclable, mono-material solution without compromising on protection or presentation.

The cartonboard’s soft matte finish gives the pack a natural, gift-worthy appearance, while its smooth surface ensures exceptional print quality and colour fidelity. With both sides fully printable, even the hidden inner surfaces beneath the lid can carry detailed graphics, perfectly complementing the playful, multi-compartment structure of the calendar.

Every step of the production process took place within 150 km of Finland – from board production at Kotka, to printing, converting, and final delivery – significantly reducing transportation-related emissions. The ALASKA® BRIGHT cartonboard offers the rigidity needed to support the calendar’s intricate construction, while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.

Reusable inner tea boxes extend the calendar’s life beyond the festive season, aligning with growing consumer interest in reusability and low-impact packaging.
