Covid-19 ha avuto una morsa sull'Europa e sul mondo, rendendo il \"Business as usual\" non pi\u00f9 un'opzione.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La situazione di Covid-19 ha imposto immensi <strong>sfide in termini di produzione, approvvigionamento e logistica<\/strong> per l'industria del cartone e del cartone pieghevole e per la sua catena di fornitura. Il nostro settore ha messo in atto tutte le misure di sicurezza necessarie per proteggere al meglio i dipendenti in questi momenti straordinari. Nonostante la situazione di tensione lungo le catene di fornitura e di trasporto, l'industria del cartoncino e del cartone pieghevole \u00e8 stata sempre in grado di mantenere la produzione a un livello elevato, garantendo cos\u00ec la continuit\u00e0 della fornitura di materiali di imballaggio essenziali per alimenti e prodotti farmaceutici.<\/p>\n<p>A parte i suoi numerosi e drammatici effetti negativi, la crisi presenta <strong>opportunit\u00e0<\/strong> per cambiare il nostro punto di vista. Nel caso della nostra industria, il<strong> importanza dell'imballaggio<\/strong> con le sue indispensabili funzioni di protezione, igiene e trasporto ha <strong>aumentato<\/strong>. Che si tratti di alimenti, farmaci, prodotti per l'igiene o qualsiasi altro bene di consumo di uso quotidiano, la continuit\u00e0 della fornitura dipende dalla disponibilit\u00e0 di imballaggi adeguati. Il Ministero federale tedesco per la Nutrizione e l'Agricoltura (BMEL) e molti altri governi europei hanno confermato che l'imballaggio \u00e8 rilevante per il sistema e fa parte delle \"infrastrutture critiche\".<\/p>\n<p>La crisi, almeno nel breve periodo, sta lasciando tracce positive in natura: la qualit\u00e0 dell'aria e dell'acqua \u00e8 migliorata. Anche se si tratta solo di un'istantanea del presente, pu\u00f2 insegnare come <strong>trattare la natura con pi\u00f9 rispetto<\/strong> in futuro. I Paesi che hanno reagito alla pandemia in modo tempestivo e proattivo stanno affrontando meglio la crisi. Lo stesso vale per la crisi ambientale. Non possiamo permetterci di aspettare, ma dobbiamo agire subito. L'impatto della crisi climatica deve essere collegato a una \"politica climatica ambiziosa\". L'UE ha iniziato con nuove direttive per la trasformazione dell'economia europea in senso climatico. Le pi\u00f9 importanti per l'industria dell'imballaggio sono la direttiva sulle plastiche monouso (SUPD) e la direttiva sugli imballaggi e i rifiuti di imballaggio (PPWD). Entrambe avranno un impatto sostanziale sulla scelta dei materiali di imballaggio e il cartone, in quanto imballaggio pi\u00f9 ecologico, acquister\u00e0 maggiore importanza.<\/p>\n<p>Approfittiamo quindi della situazione attuale per apportare cambiamenti duraturi e uscirne rafforzati. Abbiamo bisogno solo di coraggio e ottimismo.
