During the 2026 General Assembly, Pro Carton members elected the organisation’s Board of Directors for a three-year term, which will run until the 2029 General Assembly.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the Pro Carton Statutes, the Board consists of representatives from across the European cartonboard and carton industry, including representation from smaller and mid-sized member companies. The newly elected Board will help guide Pro Carton’s strategic direction and activities over the coming years.<\/p>\n

The following individuals have been elected to the Pro Carton Board of Directors:<\/p>\n

  • Andreas Birmoser \u2013 Stora Enso<\/li>\n
  • Andreas Boo \u2013 Holmen Board and Paper<\/li>\n
  • Nick Dowling \u2013 Smurfit Westrock<\/li>\n
  • Esa Kaikkonen \u2013 Mets\u00e4 Board<\/li>\n
  • Alexander Loimayr \u2013 MM Board & Paper<\/li>\n
  • Kemal \u00d6zkirim \u2013 Kartonsan<\/li>\n
  • Nikola Pejovic \u2013 Umka<\/li>\n
  • Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Roche \u2013 Graphic Packaging International<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The General Assembly also elected the Board’s officers for the 2026\u20132029 term:<\/p>\n

    • Vice-President:<\/strong> Alexander Loimayr (MM Board & Paper)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Pro Carton congratulates all elected directors and looks forward to working with the new Board as they continue to support the organisation’s mission of promoting cartonboard and folding cartons as sustainable, renewable and circular packaging solutions across Europe.<\/p>\n
