Permettez-moi de vous faire part de ma propre exp\u00e9rience :<\/p>\n<p><em>Il y a vingt ans, je dirigeais l'organisation commerciale d'une entreprise mondiale d'emballage \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan. \u00c0 mon arriv\u00e9e, l'organisation commerciale \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de coll\u00e8gues masculins d'\u00e2ge moyen, tandis que l'organisation marketing \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de jeunes femmes. Exclusivement !  Les \u00e9quipes ne collaboraient pas, sauf si elles se rencontraient par hasard dans le hall d'entr\u00e9e d'un site client le m\u00eame jour.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Contre toute attente et avis, j'ai nomm\u00e9 une coll\u00e8gue - Irene - premi\u00e8re femme responsable de comptes cl\u00e9s au sein de l'organisation. On m'avait pr\u00e9venue que cela ne serait pas accept\u00e9 dans un environnement domin\u00e9 par les hommes et que cela mettrait en p\u00e9ril l'activit\u00e9 avec l'un de nos plus gros clients. Au bout de 12 mois, Irene a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une relation solide avec le client, et les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9quipes charg\u00e9es des comptes cl\u00e9s ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 ceux de toutes les autres \u00e9quipes. Le pipeline de lancement de nouveaux produits \u00e9tait toujours plein, c'\u00e9tait vraiment le meilleur exemple de croissance planifi\u00e9e et programm\u00e9e. En m\u00eame temps qu'Ir\u00e8ne, nous avons engag\u00e9 un coll\u00e8gue masculin pour l'\u00e9quipe marketing. Je l'enviais parfois de n'\u00eatre entour\u00e9 que de coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines. Cette strat\u00e9gie de recrutement s'est \u00e9galement av\u00e9r\u00e9e la plus avantageuse pour les deux organisations, qui se sont naturellement fondues l'une dans l'autre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Irene a finalement travers\u00e9 le d\u00e9troit pour s'installer en Chine et a gravi les \u00e9chelons jusqu'\u00e0 devenir directrice r\u00e9gionale sur le plus grand march\u00e9 de l'entreprise. R\u00e9trospectivement, apr\u00e8s avoir dirig\u00e9 des organisations commerciales pendant la plus grande partie de ma carri\u00e8re, c'\u00e9tait la meilleure d\u00e9cision que nous aurions pu prendre. Cette nomination a chang\u00e9 l'atmosph\u00e8re au sein de l'\u00e9quipe de vente et de marketing \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan et Irene a prouv\u00e9 qu'elle pouvait \u00e9galement exercer ses fonctions sur le plus grand march\u00e9 de l'entreprise en Chine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, l'importance des femmes sur le lieu de travail ne devrait m\u00eame pas \u00eatre discut\u00e9e.
