C'est pourquoi les fabricants allemands de papier, de carton et d'emballages en papier demandent une r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne contraignante contre les r\u00e9sidus ind\u00e9sirables d'huiles min\u00e9rales dans les aliments, en tenant compte de toutes les sources connues.<\/p>\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de l'alimentation et de l'agriculture (BMEL) a apparemment l'intention de faire avancer son projet, vieux de onze ans, d'une nouvelle ordonnance allemande sur les huiles min\u00e9rales. Les fabricants d'emballages ont reproch\u00e9 au BMEL de se concentrer exclusivement sur les emballages alimentaires contenant du papier recycl\u00e9 comme source possible d'huiles min\u00e9rales. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu'aucune autre source d'intrants n'est envisag\u00e9e, les pr\u00e9tentions politiques de d\u00e9fense de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pr\u00e9ventive des consommateurs ont manqu\u00e9 leur cible.
