FOLBB a mis au point une nouvelle qualit\u00e9 de barri\u00e8re innovante, afin de suivre la r\u00e9cente l\u00e9gislation nord-europ\u00e9enne et les tendances du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Dans le courant de l'ann\u00e9e 2021, FOLBB a remplac\u00e9 les qualit\u00e9s actuelles de la barri\u00e8re anti-graisse - qui sont exemptes d'acide perfluorooctano\u00efque (PFOA) et d'acide perfluorooctanesulfonique (PFOS) - par une barri\u00e8re anti-graisse totalement exempte de fluor. Les performances et la r\u00e9sistance aux graisses du nouveau produit seront identiques ou m\u00eame sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de nos produits actuels.<\/p>\n

Nouvelle m\u00e9thode d'\u00e9valuation de la performance des barri\u00e8res<\/strong><\/p>\n

L'efficacit\u00e9 de la nouvelle barri\u00e8re anti-graisse est test\u00e9e selon la norme DIN 53116. Avec cette m\u00e9thode, nous simulons le pire sc\u00e9nario possible : Une grande quantit\u00e9 de solution de graisse de palmiste est appliqu\u00e9e sur le panneau barri\u00e8re, et la dur\u00e9e de la r\u00e9sistance aux graisses (jusqu'\u00e0 ce que des taches de graisse apparaissent sur la face sup\u00e9rieure) est mesur\u00e9e. Cela permet d'\u00e9valuer la r\u00e9sistance aux graisses pour la dur\u00e9e de vie d'un produit en quelques heures seulement. Les nouvelles barri\u00e8res anti-graisse sans fluor rel\u00e8vent de la cat\u00e9gorie III. Ainsi, la nouvelle qualit\u00e9 aura la description III au lieu de la valeur KIT dans leurs noms respectifs. La m\u00e9thode actuelle du KIT n'est pas applicable pour mesurer la performance de barri\u00e8re d'une barri\u00e8re sans fluor.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
