Malheureusement, la Commission a confirm\u00e9 que \"la directive couvre les produits plastiques \u00e0 usage unique fabriqu\u00e9s enti\u00e8rement ou partiellement en plastique et ne pr\u00e9voit pas de r\u00e8gle de minimis\", ce qui signifie que les cartons barri\u00e8re enduits de polym\u00e8re restent dans le champ d'application de la directive.  Vous savez sans doute que les \u00c9tats membres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre au projet avant le 25 janvier et nous avons encourag\u00e9 nos membres \u00e0 \u00e9crire \u00e0 leur gouvernement pour s'opposer \u00e0 cette partie de la l\u00e9gislation.
