L'alliance a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9e par la CEPI (Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration des industries papeti\u00e8res) dans le but d'accro\u00eetre la sensibilisation aux avantages des mat\u00e9riaux d'emballage \u00e0 base de fibres, de plaider en faveur d'une l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne favorisant la conception de produits recyclables et d'appeler au d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes de collecte optimis\u00e9s et d'infrastructures de recyclage appropri\u00e9es. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, 44 entreprises ont sign\u00e9, dont plusieurs usines de carton et transformateurs, ainsi que d'autres parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement, notamment Nestl\u00e9, Danone et Mars.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si certains lecteurs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 au courant de ce qui s'est pass\u00e9 ces derniers mois, nous avons pens\u00e9 qu'il valait la peine de partager les plans et les aspirations de 4Evergreen avec ceux qui ne sont pas directement impliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>4Evergreen a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place avec une esp\u00e9rance de vie de 2 \u00e0 3 ans et a pour objectifs de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00catre une plateforme de collaboration et d'innovation dans le domaine des emballages \u00e0 base de fibres.<\/li>\n<li>Informer, \u00e9duquer et faire participer les consommateurs ainsi que l'industrie et les d\u00e9cideurs politiques.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finition d'une strat\u00e9gie industrielle et d'une approche de mobilisation pour poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement d'emballages durables \u00e0 base de fibres.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper la transparence et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes d'approvisionnement durables<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laboration de lignes directrices reconnues par l'industrie pour la conception des emballages<\/li>\n<li>Faire progresser les syst\u00e8mes de collecte et de recyclage optimis\u00e9s - et leur accessibilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Faire progresser les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences environnementales gr\u00e2ce aux faits scientifiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un budget substantiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 et un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de lancement officiel est pr\u00e9vu pour le mois prochain. Un directeur de programme doit \u00eatre nomm\u00e9 pour diriger l'initiative. Il\/elle sera soutenu(e) par une agence de relations publiques, Interel, qui sera charg\u00e9e de pr\u00e9parer une strat\u00e9gie de communication comprenant des messages et des positions cl\u00e9s, ainsi qu'un site web. Interel est la plus grande agence ind\u00e9pendante de conseil en affaires publiques et en gestion d'associations au monde, avec des bureaux dans le monde entier, y compris \u00e0 Bruxelles.
