Il s'agit l\u00e0 d'un nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique pour les compagnies a\u00e9riennes, qui contribuera de mani\u00e8re importante \u00e0 l'offre globale : une approche marketing prometteuse, d'une efficacit\u00e9 incomparable et offrant de nombreuses options :<\/p>\n<h3>1. Image de marque<\/h3>\n<p>Les compagnies a\u00e9riennes peuvent dialoguer avec leurs clients par le biais de l'emballage des repas \u00e0 bord, raconter leur histoire et transmettre leurs valeurs. Petra Gold, responsable des relations avec la client\u00e8le et du marketing chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doco.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Do &amp; Co,<\/a> l'un des principaux fournisseurs de restauration \u00e0 bord (Emirates, Etihad, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Turkish, Austrian, Finnair, Gulf Air) voit ici un potentiel consid\u00e9rable pour l'emballage : la pr\u00e9sence de la marque et la communication de la qualit\u00e9 \"sont des candidats parfaits en raison des surfaces disponibles\". Peter Hargreaves, directeur du d\u00e9veloppement commercial du groupe du sp\u00e9cialiste britannique du carton. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alexir.co.uk\">Alexir<\/a>qui fournit plus de 20 compagnies a\u00e9riennes ou leurs traiteurs dans le monde entier, croit fermement \u00e0 l'emballage : il s'agit non seulement de messages de marque, de qualit\u00e9 et de style de vie, mais aussi de divertissement et d'information, y compris des codes pour des offres sur Internet. Communication<\/h3>\n<p>Les promotions, les dialogues, les concours, les quiz, les divertissements, les \u00e9nigmes informatives et bien d'autres id\u00e9es encore peuvent faire conna\u00eetre des produits int\u00e9ressants. Durabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Les compagnies a\u00e9riennes peuvent \u00e9galement gagner du cr\u00e9dit en termes de durabilit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de bons concepts d'emballage, avec recyclage. <a href=\"http:\/\/britishairways.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">British Airways<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'un des premiers transporteurs \u00e0 introduire le tri des d\u00e9chets. Avec les cartons, on a tout simplement le sentiment d'une meilleure qualit\u00e9 des aliments.\"<\/p>\n<p>Gustaf \u00d6holm, Manager Onboard Concepts chez Scandinavian, sur les raisons pour lesquelles Scandinavian a opt\u00e9 pour un carton : \"Il faut tenir compte de nombreux facteurs pour les repas \u00e0 bord. L'emballage doit peser peu, doit bien pr\u00e9senter les aliments et \u00eatre facile \u00e0 manipuler. Il doit pouvoir \u00eatre ouvert facilement et fournir la qualit\u00e9 souhait\u00e9e de la cuisine au passager.\" Au final, les excellentes options de conception graphique ont fait pencher la d\u00e9cision de Scandinavian en faveur du carton.<\/p>\n<p>Roland Rex, pr\u00e9sident de Pro Carton : \"Le carton - seul ou en combinaison avec d'autres mat\u00e9riaux - a un \u00e9norme potentiel dans le ciel : c'est un produit \u00e9cologique qui se manipule bien gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa structure robuste, qui convient \u00e0 la plupart des aliments, et pas seulement aux snacks, et qui offre une surface graphique comme aucun autre emballage.
