Lors de la r\u00e9cente manifestation marketing organis\u00e9e conjointement par Pro Carton et Propak Austria \u00e0 Vienne, elle a clairement indiqu\u00e9 que les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par les cartons sont loin d'\u00eatre \u00e9puis\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La marque de produits biologiques de REWE, \"Ja ! Nat\u00fcrlich\" (\"Oui, naturellement\") se concentre sur les \"emballages verts\" et obtient d'excellents r\u00e9sultats. Depuis 2011, les emballages des produits \"Ja ! Nat\u00fcrlich\" ont \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement remplac\u00e9s par des alternatives respectueuses de l'environnement. L'une des questions les plus importantes est de savoir comment communiquer sur ce changement, comment obtenir l'adh\u00e9sion des clients, en particulier sur le point de vente. Voici les principales d\u00e9clarations de Marting H\u00f6rmer :<\/p>\n<p>\"Ja ! Nat\u00fcrlich\" n'est pas seulement une marque d'aliments biologiques, elle repr\u00e9sente aussi un mode de vie \u00e9cologique. Les clients veulent surtout moins d'emballages, pas ou peu de plastique, et ils veulent des emballages r\u00e9utilisables qui peuvent \u00eatre recycl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\"En termes de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, cela signifie que nous travaillons avec des mat\u00e9riaux renouvelables et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs. En 2011, nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en place une solution progressive et, entre-temps, nous avons \u00e9conomis\u00e9 200 tonnes de plastique. Cependant, ces questions ne peuvent pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme acquises. Les clients doivent \u00eatre sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 ce sujet, et pour \u00eatre per\u00e7us efficacement par les clients, cela n\u00e9cessite de l'information, de l'\u00e9ducation et de la transparence.\"<\/p>\n<p>\"Nous nous sommes fix\u00e9 un objectif : \"Plus de plastique !\" L'emballage doit remplir de nombreuses fonctions. Dans notre cas, il doit distinguer les marchandises des produits conventionnels ; il a une fonction de protection pendant le transport et la manutention dans le magasin. Il est important pour la dur\u00e9e de conservation, l'hygi\u00e8ne, l'\u00e9tiquetage et le stockage. Enfin, l'emballage est un vendeur, il doit transmettre tout ce qu'il y a \u00e0 savoir sur le produit ; en principe, il doit \u00eatre un touche-\u00e0-tout.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, l'initiative a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par la publicit\u00e9, par exemple par des annonces, des panneaux d'affichage ou des publireportages, des spots radio et une banni\u00e8re avec un sac en cellulose d\u00e9compos\u00e9e fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de pulpe de bois. Bien entendu, le point de vente joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important : Les clients doivent \u00eatre confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la question, ce qui est une priorit\u00e9 constante au fil des ans. L'emballage \u00e9cologique est tr\u00e8s bien accept\u00e9, les clients le remarquent et l'appr\u00e9cient. L'industrie en a \u00e9galement pris note et nous avons atteint un niveau de sensibilisation \u00e9lev\u00e9, en plus d'avoir re\u00e7u plusieurs r\u00e9compenses.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nous sommes loin d'avoir atteint le bout du chemin, 200 tonnes c'est beaucoup, mais il y a encore du potentiel. Chaque gamme de produits doit \u00eatre analys\u00e9e. Nous avons encore une marge de croissance dans de nombreux domaines. En termes de mise en \u0153uvre, nous avons besoin d'un \u00e9change d'id\u00e9es \u00e9troit avec les fabricants, les fournisseurs, les acheteurs et les revendeurs. Il faut impliquer l'ensemble de la cha\u00eene pour vraiment r\u00e9ussir dans le domaine de la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le message \u00e9tait clair : le carton et les bo\u00eetes en carton ont encore beaucoup de potentiel - une excellente occasion pour l'industrie d'adopter des id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives et de devenir elle-m\u00eame cr\u00e9ative.
