Le prix annuel Pro Carton\/ECMA Award, qui en est \u00e0 sa 16e \u00e9dition, est l'un des prix les plus prestigieux de sa cat\u00e9gorie. Ce prix r\u00e9compense les emballages qui ont fait leurs preuves sur le march\u00e9. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le concours \u00e9tait ouvert \u00e0 tous les partenaires de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement : fabricants de carton et de carton plat, designers, propri\u00e9taires de marques et commerce de d\u00e9tail. Les prix ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis le 20. septembre 2012 au congr\u00e8s de l'ECMA \u00e0 Copenhague. Le prix du Carton of the Year a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 l'emballage du champagne Taittinger Rose Lens de Van Genechten. <\/strong><\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Les laur\u00e9ats des diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories ont \u00e9t\u00e9 le point fort de la matin\u00e9e du premier jour du congr\u00e8s, suivi dans la soir\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sentation des trois Special Awards dans le magnifique d\u00e9cor du nouvel Op\u00e9ra de Copenhague. Tous les prix ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis par Roland Rex, pr\u00e9sident de Pro Carton, et Dr. Andreas Blaschke, pr\u00e9sident de l'ECMA.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Le prix de la cartouche de l'ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 un emballage de Van Genechten, qui a remport\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois le prix du Pro Carton\/ECMA Awards. Le propri\u00e9taire de la marque, le Champagne Taittinger, avait opt\u00e9 pour l'effet de bulle 3D car il \u00e9tait tout nouveau. Le r\u00e9sultat traduit le fruit\u00e9, la d\u00e9licatesse et le charme p\u00e9tillant du champagne ros\u00e9 d'une mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9gante. V\u00e9ritable accroche-regard en rayon, les bulles nacr\u00e9es apportent ce \"Premier Moment de V\u00e9rit\u00e9\" (FMOT) et renforcent l'aura du champagne. Le jury a \u00e9t\u00e9 enthousiaste : \"La qualit\u00e9 \u00e9tonnante et l'impact consid\u00e9rable sur le point de vente ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les principales raisons de la d\u00e9cision de faire de ce carton le Carton of the Year. Les \"bulles\" sont imprim\u00e9es comme si elles \u00e9taient vraiment convexes. Ce n'est qu'en les touchant que l'on s'aper\u00e7oit qu'elles sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 absolument plates.\"<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

La solution de carton la plus innovante est venue du fabricant de carton italien Boxmarche. L'objectif : cr\u00e9er un carton pour chauffer de petits en-cas dans un avion. L'astuce : avant le chauffage, les deux zones lat\u00e9rales sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues sont press\u00e9es vers l'int\u00e9rieur avec les pouces pour \u00e9viter toute surpression.
dans le four. Apr\u00e8s le chauffage, il suffit de d\u00e9chirer la bande centrale, ce qui divise la bo\u00eete en deux moiti\u00e9s. On peut ainsi manger un sandwich chaud sans se br\u00fbler ni se salir.<\/p>\n

Le prix de la durabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re absolue. Le gagnant de Award, Rewe International, a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier d\u00e9taillant \u00e0 participer au concours : avec Green Packaging pour \"Ja ! Nat\u00fcrlich\". Martina H\u00f6rmer, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des marques commerciales, a re\u00e7u le prix Pro Carton\/ECMA Award. L'emballage se distinguait compl\u00e8tement de celui des concurrents, non seulement par son design mais surtout par le mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9. \"Ja ! Nat\u00fcrlich\" mise clairement sur la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re qu'est la fibre de bois. D'ici 2015, jusqu'\u00e0 70 tonnes de plastique auront \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9conomis\u00e9es pour les fruits et l\u00e9gumes - les emballages de myrtilles ont \u00e0 eux seuls permis d'\u00e9conomiser 3 tonnes en 2011.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

En \u00e9tant ouvert aux candidatures de tous les partenaires de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement, le Pro Carton\/ECMA Award a \u00e9tabli de nouvelles normes importantes. Trois projets issus de ce cercle \u00e9largi ont atteint la finale d\u00e8s leur premi\u00e8re tentative, et l'un d'entre eux a remport\u00e9 un prix important. Dans l'ensemble, les id\u00e9es pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9taient extr\u00eamement vari\u00e9es : les innovations portaient sur l'impression, la structure du carton, la durabilit\u00e9 et la commodit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
