Le syst\u00e8me Click &amp; Collect, qui consiste \u00e0 commander sur Internet et \u00e0 venir chercher les produits \u00e0 un endroit pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9, se d\u00e9veloppe rapidement au Royaume-Uni et en France et est test\u00e9 dans le monde entier. Les supermarch\u00e9s sont \u00e0 la recherche de lignes de produits pour attirer les clients dans leurs locaux. Certaines sont de \"vieilles connaissances\", comme Convenience, Health, Premium, d'autres sont relativement jeunes, comme Magical Ingredients, Home Cooking ou Easy Way to Exotism.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendance 1 : la commodit\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\nNous avons de moins en moins de temps pour nos repas, et pourtant nos exigences ne cessent d'augmenter. C'est l\u00e0 que les fabricants pourraient marquer des points : ils augmentent la valeur de leurs produits en rendant la pr\u00e9paration plus pratique, ce qui permet de gagner du temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendance 2 : Sant\u00e9 et nutrition<\/strong><br \/>\nCette tendance r\u00e9pond aux inqui\u00e9tudes de nombreux consommateurs quant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de leurs aliments. \u00c0 cela s'ajoute le d\u00e9sir d'\u00eatre mince, en bonne sant\u00e9 et jeune.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendance 3 : Made Local<\/strong><br \/>\nLes consommateurs l'ont appris : ce qui est produit dans la r\u00e9gion est plus frais et donc plus sain, cela consomme \u00e9galement moins de ressources et favorise la cha\u00eene de valeur locale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendance 4 : Ingr\u00e9dients magiques<\/strong><br \/>\nLes additifs aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \"magiques\" se multiplient : de l'huile d'olive qui permet d'atteindre la vieillesse, en passant par les additifs \"Low carb\" et les vitamines ou prot\u00e9ines qui favorisent la r\u00e9sistance et l'endurance, jusqu'\u00e0 la substitution de substances mal tol\u00e9r\u00e9es, comme le lactate ou le gluten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendance 5 : Premium<\/strong><br \/>\nSur des march\u00e9s satur\u00e9s, il y a un d\u00e9sir pour ce petit quelque chose en plus, ce petit luxe \u00e0 s'offrir, m\u00eame s'il est un peu moins raisonnable pour une fois, et qu'il est \u00e9galement abordable pour les petites bourses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendance 6 : cuisiner \u00e0 la maison<\/strong><br \/>\nCuisiner \u00e0 la maison n'est pas n\u00e9cessairement moins cher, mais les gens veulent savoir exactement ce qu'ils mangent.
