Consideramos que este acuerdo es un compromiso equilibrado y un est\u00edmulo para que los ministros de la UE apoyen el texto y lo adopten formalmente este mismo a\u00f1o, muy probablemente despu\u00e9s de las elecciones de la UE. De hecho, toda la industria necesita claridad jur\u00eddica y previsibilidad en el marco legal para facilitar la toma de decisiones informadas y avanzar en la transici\u00f3n de nuestro continente hacia una econom\u00eda circular. Esto incluye inversiones cruciales, as\u00ed como la promoci\u00f3n de innovaciones espec\u00edficas y significativas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Toda la cadena de valor de los envases de fibra est\u00e1 deseando contribuir activamente a la fase de legislaci\u00f3n secundaria; en representaci\u00f3n de las partes interesadas comprometidas con las pr\u00e1cticas responsables, est\u00e1 preparada para reforzar la aplicaci\u00f3n de esta normativa fundamental mediante la agregaci\u00f3n de las aportaciones de toda la cadena de valor de los envases de fibra, ofreciendo su experiencia y fomentando la colaboraci\u00f3n.
