{"id":294182,"date":"2024-03-06T19:31:16","date_gmt":"2024-03-06T19:31:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.procarton.com\/?p=294182"},"modified":"2024-03-08T19:32:02","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T19:32:02","slug":"ppwr-update-the-council-and-the-european-parliament-agree-a-compromise-on-the-packaging-and-packaging-waste-regulation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.procarton.com\/es\/ppwr-update-the-council-and-the-european-parliament-agree-a-compromise-on-the-packaging-and-packaging-waste-regulation\/","title":{"rendered":"El Consejo y el Parlamento Europeo alcanzan un compromiso sobre el Reglamento de envases y residuos de envases"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"av-animated-generic top-to-bottom flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-0  el_before_av_hr  avia-builder-el-first\" style='border-radius:0px; '>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" >\n<div class='avia_textblock'   itemprop=\"text\" >\n<p>El lunes por la noche, el Consejo y el Parlamento Europeo alcanzaron un acuerdo de compromiso sobre la <strong>Normativa sobre envases y residuos de envases<\/strong> durante la \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n del Tr\u00edlogo pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p>Todav\u00eda estamos a la espera de recibir el texto completo - esto podr\u00eda tardar 3 d\u00edas - despu\u00e9s de lo cual se distribuir\u00e1 una evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s detallada, pero con la informaci\u00f3n que hemos visto hasta ahora, el acuerdo de compromiso es positivo para el cart\u00f3n y las cajas plegables.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La definici\u00f3n de envase compuesto incluye un umbral de 5% para materiales no dirigidos, excluyendo etiquetas, barnices, pinturas, tintas, adhesivos y lacas.<\/li>\n<li>Podr\u00e1n concederse exenciones de todos los objetivos de reutilizaci\u00f3n a los agentes econ\u00f3micos de los Estados miembros en los que la tasa de reciclado de residuos de envases supere los objetivos obligatorios de reciclado en un 5% y en los que el Estado miembro est\u00e9 en v\u00edas de alcanzar sus objetivos de prevenci\u00f3n de residuos.<\/li>\n<li>Las cajas de cart\u00f3n est\u00e1n exentas de los objetivos de reutilizaci\u00f3n para envases de transporte o envases de venta utilizados para transportar productos tanto para B2C como B2B y envases agrupados utilizados fuera de los envases de venta, incluido el comercio electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\n<li>Exenciones para bebidas altamente perecederas, leche y productos l\u00e1cteos de los objetivos de reutilizaci\u00f3n para bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y no alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/li>\n<li>Se suprimen los objetivos obligatorios de reutilizaci\u00f3n para HORECA de comida para llevar, aunque existe la obligaci\u00f3n de que HORECA proporcione un sistema para que los consumidores lleven su propio envase para rellenarlo y ofrezca a los consumidores la opci\u00f3n de envasar dentro de un sistema de reutilizaci\u00f3n.
