Entre los mayores retos identificados por los consumidores, el cambio clim\u00e1tico (63%) ocupa el segundo lugar despu\u00e9s del coste de la vida (71%), pero por delante de la guerra (59%), la econom\u00eda (55%) y la pobreza (52%). Tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 que dos tercios de los consumidores creen que un estilo de vida sostenible es m\u00e1s importante, lo que demuestra inequ\u00edvocamente que el cuidado del medio ambiente ocupa un lugar prioritario en la agenda de unos consumidores cada vez m\u00e1s concienciados con la ecolog\u00eda, incluso en tiempos de volatilidad y gran incertidumbre.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a los envases, la investigaci\u00f3n fue concluyente. Un dato especialmente revelador fue que m\u00e1s de la mitad (54%) de los consumidores europeos eligieron una marca espec\u00edficamente por el envase utilizado durante 2022. Adem\u00e1s, 47% de los consumidores europeos han cambiado de marca o de producto porque les preocupa el envase utilizado. Ambos datos revelan que los consumidores creen que los propietarios de las marcas y los proveedores de materiales de envasado tienen una responsabilidad con el planeta, y que el envasado desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la fidelidad a la marca.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY cu\u00e1les fueron las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s importantes de los envases a ojos del consumidor europeo? En primer lugar, \"f\u00e1cil de reciclar\", con un asombroso 86% de consumidores que lo consideran \"muy importante\" o \"algo importante\", lo que indica claramente que los consumidores tienen en cuenta las consecuencias medioambientales de la decisi\u00f3n de compra en el punto de venta. El material de envasado sostenible, que cuenta con una tasa de reciclado de 82% y se obtiene de la pulpa de madera de bosques gestionados de forma sostenible en Europa, fue preferido por la friolera de 86% de los consumidores al pl\u00e1stico. Y lo que es m\u00e1s revelador, 82% de los consumidores europeos confiaban en su reciclabilidad, por delante del vidrio (80%) y el cart\u00f3n ondulado (79%), un claro indicio de la confianza de los consumidores en el sistema de recogida y reciclaje de los envases de fibra.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo conseguiremos implantar un sistema circular si nos ganamos la confianza de los consumidores en la separaci\u00f3n y el reciclado significativos del material de envasado. El reciclaje sigue a la recogida.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro objetivo es alcanzar una tasa de reciclado de 90% para los envases de papel y cart\u00f3n en 2030. Esto requiere una tasa de recogida superior a 90% para el material de fibra valioso. Confiamos en el apoyo de los consumidores en Europa. Queremos que todo el material de cart\u00f3n vuelva a reciclarse para defender nuestra posici\u00f3n de liderazgo como material de envasado circular.
