La industria papelera podr\u00eda aumentar su producci\u00f3n in situ de electricidad y calor renovables y, mediante un \"efecto de capacidad oscilante\", vender el exceso de producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda a la red, a los barrios cercanos y a otras industrias.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">La industria europea de la pasta y el papel es ya el mayor prosumidor industrial de energ\u00edas limpias, con m\u00e1s de 60% de renovables en su consumo de energ\u00eda primaria. En proporci\u00f3n a su tama\u00f1o, es <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">un importante inversor industrial en la descarbonizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> de sus procesos, sobre todo mediante la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda renovable in situ. Es uno de los \u00e9xitos del r\u00e9gimen europeo de comercio de derechos de emisi\u00f3n (RCCDE), que incentiva este tipo de inversiones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Los autores del estudio concluyen que, de aqu\u00ed a 2030, la industria del papel y la pasta de papel tiene potencial para aumentar su producci\u00f3n renovable in situ de electricidad y calor hasta generar casi 31 TWh. Esto corresponde a 30% de electricidad y casi 6% de calor generadas in situ en 2020. Sin embargo, para movilizar las inversiones necesarias ser\u00eda necesario establecer una normativa comunitaria previsible y unos procedimientos de concesi\u00f3n de permisos \u00e1giles. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">El estudio tambi\u00e9n ofrece una estimaci\u00f3n del espacio disponible en distintos tipos de papeleras para instalar paneles solares o turbinas e\u00f3licas, adem\u00e1s de otras soluciones identificadas por los autores. Sin embargo, las capacidades de producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda esbozadas en el nuevo informe no pueden implantarse con la rapidez suficiente para ser una soluci\u00f3n a la actual crisis energ\u00e9tica. Pero un an\u00e1lisis ampliamente compartido muestra que es probable que los costes de la energ\u00eda en Europa sigan siendo altos al menos en un futuro previsible, y <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Las inversiones en energ\u00eda no f\u00f3sil acabar\u00e1n ofreciendo a la industria la oportunidad de adaptarse<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">a un panorama energ\u00e9tico radicalmente cambiado<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">El estudio tambi\u00e9n explora la posibilidad de que la industria papelera reduzca su propio consumo y aumente la cuota de energ\u00eda renovable que suministra a la red, a los barrios cercanos y posiblemente a otras industrias. El desarrollo de nuevas aplicaciones de los productos ya est\u00e1 muy avanzado.
