El compromiso se adopt\u00f3 durante la 8\u00aa edici\u00f3n del European Paper Recycling Awards, en la que dos proyectos, que abren nuevos caminos en cuanto a lo que puede ser el reciclaje de papel, recibieron la m\u00e1xima distinci\u00f3n de la comunidad europea de reciclaje de papel. La grabaci\u00f3n en v\u00eddeo del evento est\u00e1 disponible en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo y ambicioso <strong>tasa de reciclaje de 76%<\/strong>El porcentaje de reciclado de papel usado, calculado dividiendo el consumo total de papel y cart\u00f3n, deber\u00eda alcanzarse en el a\u00f1o 2030. <strong>Representa el mejor rendimiento de su clase tanto a nivel mundial como en las industrias de materiales<\/strong>, ya que el papel y el cart\u00f3n es el material m\u00e1s reciclado en Europa.<\/p>\n<p>El compromiso se recoge en la nueva Declaraci\u00f3n Europea sobre el Reciclaje de Papel 2021-2030 publicada hoy. El documento establece medidas para optimizar la gesti\u00f3n del papel en todas las etapas de un ciclo de reciclaje continuo. Esto implica una serie de operaciones, desde la fabricaci\u00f3n de papel y cart\u00f3n, su conversi\u00f3n en productos e impresiones, hasta su recogida, clasificaci\u00f3n y reciclaje. Cada paso del proceso es un sector industrial distinto con s\u00f3lo un cierto grado de integraci\u00f3n horizontal, lo que hace que <strong>La cooperaci\u00f3n es imprescindible para alcanzar el ambicioso objetivo de reciclaje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Descargue la Declaraci\u00f3n Europea sobre el Reciclaje de Papel 2021-2030.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, las industrias cofirmantes de la declaraci\u00f3n afirman que <strong>varias condiciones de habilitaci\u00f3n de la UE y las autoridades locales<\/strong> deben cumplirse. Entre ellas, limitar el uso de los residuos de papel con fines de recuperaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y garantizar la recogida selectiva del papel para preservar la calidad del material.<\/p>\n<p>La recogida selectiva de papel es tambi\u00e9n un requisito previo para alcanzar mayores niveles de reciclaje y debe promoverse m\u00e1s. Sin embargo, <strong>la cadena de valor del papel tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 ampliando los l\u00edmites de los productos adicionales que podr\u00edan reciclarse, y c\u00f3mo acceder a los residuos de papel que no encuentran su camino hacia la recogida selectiva<\/strong>. Los proyectos ganadores del European Paper Recycling Award abordan ambos retos.
