Dezember 2024<\/strong>erzielten der Rat und das Parlament eine wichtige Einigung \u00fcber die Verschiebung des Inkrafttretens der <strong>EU-Verordnung zur Entwaldung (EUDR)<\/strong> um ein Jahr.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung umfasst <strong>keine \u00c4nderungen am Text<\/strong> \u00fcber die verz\u00f6gerte Anwendung hinaus. Im Gegenzug f\u00fcr die R\u00fccknahme der vorgeschlagenen \u00c4nderungen zu \"Null-Risiko-L\u00e4ndern\" hat der Verhandlungsf\u00fchrer des Parlaments <strong>Schneider<\/strong> gesichert ein <strong>schriftliche politische Erkl\u00e4rung<\/strong> von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission. Die Kommission hat sich dazu verpflichtet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Verringerung des Verwaltungsaufwands<\/strong> f\u00fcr Unternehmen<\/li>\n<li>Neubewertung potenzieller Vereinfachungen w\u00e4hrend der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Verordnung in <strong>2028<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Erkl\u00e4rung soll demn\u00e4chst ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<div   class='hr hr-default   avia-builder-el-3  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock'><span class='hr-inner' ><span class='hr-inner-style'><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" >\n<div class='avia_textblock'   itemprop=\"text\" >\n<p><strong>N\u00e4chste Schritte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Das Parlament:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Abstimmung im ENVI-Ausschuss:<\/strong> Heute passiert es<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abstimmung im Plenum:<\/strong> Geplant f\u00fcr <strong>Dezember 16<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Rat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstimmung in den kommenden Tagen oder Wochen, in jeder Ratsformation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sobald beide Gremien die Vereinbarung ratifiziert haben, kann der Aufschub im Amtsblatt ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden. <strong>Amtsblatt der EU<\/strong> vor <strong>30.
