Dies ist eine gemeinsame Stellungnahme von ECMA und Pro Carton zum Entwurf der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission f\u00fcr eine Verordnung zur Beschr\u00e4nkung von BPA in Lebensmittelkontaktmaterialien (FCM) und -artikeln.<\/p>\n

Die Lieferkette von Karton und Pappe verwendet BPA nicht absichtlich in ihren Produktionsprozessen. BPA ist nicht fl\u00fcchtig und geht nicht \u00fcber die Gasphase in Lebensmittel \u00fcber. Daher ist eine Pr\u00fcfung wichtig, wenn Lebensmittelkontaktmaterialien aus Recyclingfasern nur f\u00fcr den direkten Kontakt mit fettigen und feuchten Lebensmitteln verwendet werden, was der BfR-Empfehlung XXXVI entspricht.<\/p>\n

\u00dcber dieses Netz wurde das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Bedenken im Zusammenhang mit BPA regelm\u00e4\u00dfig gesch\u00e4rft, und die bestehenden Fragebogenvorlagen f\u00fcr Lieferanten enthalten bereits spezifische Fragen zur Vermeidung der absichtlichen Verwendung einer Reihe bedenklicher Stoffe wie BPA.<\/p>\n

Die \u00dcberwachung auf das Vorhandensein von unbeabsichtigtem BPA in Recyclingpapier und -karton wird bereits von den Papierfabriken durchgef\u00fchrt, die das Recyclingpapier und den -karton herstellen, und ist daher bereits g\u00e4ngige Praxis im Sinne der BfR-Empfehlung XXXVI.<\/p>\n

Wir werden die einschl\u00e4gigen Rechtsvorschriften weiterhin aufmerksam verfolgen und unsere Ma\u00dfnahmen entsprechend anpassen.<\/p>\n
