{"id":294182,"date":"2024-03-06T19:31:16","date_gmt":"2024-03-06T19:31:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.procarton.com\/?p=294182"},"modified":"2024-03-08T19:32:02","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T19:32:02","slug":"ppwr-update-the-council-and-the-european-parliament-agree-a-compromise-on-the-packaging-and-packaging-waste-regulation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.procarton.com\/de\/ppwr-update-the-council-and-the-european-parliament-agree-a-compromise-on-the-packaging-and-packaging-waste-regulation\/","title":{"rendered":"PPWR UPDATE - Der Rat und das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament einigen sich auf einen Kompromiss zur Verordnung \u00fcber Verpackungen und Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"av-animated-generic top-to-bottom flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-0  el_before_av_hr  avia-builder-el-first\" style='border-radius:0px; '>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" >\n<div class='avia_textblock'   itemprop=\"text\" >\n<p>Am Montagabend einigten sich der Rat und das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament auf einen Kompromiss zum <strong>Verordnung \u00fcber Verpackungen und Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle<\/strong> w\u00e4hrend der letzten Sitzung des politischen Trilogs.<\/p>\n<p>Wir warten noch darauf, den vollst\u00e4ndigen Text zu erhalten - dies k\u00f6nnte 3 Tage dauern - und werden dann eine detailliertere Bewertung abgeben, aber nach den Informationen, die wir bisher gesehen haben, ist die Kompromissvereinbarung positiv f\u00fcr Karton und Faltschachteln.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Definition von Verbundverpackungen umfasst einen Schwellenwert von 5% f\u00fcr nicht zielgerichtete Materialien mit Ausnahme von Etiketten, Lacken, Farben, Druckfarben, Klebstoffen und Lacken.<\/li>\n<li>Ausnahmen von allen Zielvorgaben f\u00fcr die Wiederverwendung k\u00f6nnen Wirtschaftsteilnehmern in Mitgliedstaaten gew\u00e4hrt werden, in denen die Recyclingquote f\u00fcr Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle die verbindlichen Zielvorgaben f\u00fcr die stoffliche Verwertung um 5% \u00fcbersteigt und in denen der Mitgliedstaat dabei ist, seine Ziele f\u00fcr die Abfallvermeidung zu erreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Kartons sind von den Wiederverwendungszielen f\u00fcr Transportverpackungen oder Verkaufsverpackungen, die f\u00fcr den Transport von Produkten sowohl im B2C- als auch im B2B-Bereich verwendet werden, sowie f\u00fcr Sammelverpackungen, die au\u00dferhalb von Verkaufsverpackungen verwendet werden, einschlie\u00dflich des elektronischen Handels, ausgenommen.<\/li>\n<li>Ausnahmen f\u00fcr leicht verderbliche Getr\u00e4nke, Milch und Milchprodukte von den Wiederverwendungszielen f\u00fcr alkoholische und nichtalkoholische Getr\u00e4nke.<\/li>\n<li>Obligatorische Wiederverwendungsziele f\u00fcr HORECA-Take-away-Produkte wurden gestrichen, obwohl HORECA verpflichtet ist, ein System einzurichten, bei dem die Verbraucher ihre eigenen Beh\u00e4lter zum Bef\u00fcllen mitbringen k\u00f6nnen, und den Verbrauchern die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, ihre Verpackungen in einem System zur Wiederverwendung zu verwenden. (bis 2030 m\u00fcssen dies 10% der verkauften Produkte sein)<\/li>\n<li>Die Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr Verpackungen von frischem Obst und Gem\u00fcse sowie von Lebensmitteln und Getr\u00e4nken im HORECA-Dine-in-Sektor gelten nur f\u00fcr Einwegverpackungen aus Kunststoff.<\/li>\n<li>Keine Verbote f\u00fcr Zahnpasta- oder Kosmetikverpackungen.<\/li>\n<li>PFAS in Karton f\u00fcr Lebensmittelverpackungen werden oberhalb eines bestimmten Schwellenwerts verboten sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Kompromissvorschlag muss noch vollst\u00e4ndig vom Rat und vom Parlament gebilligt werden (die Abstimmungen finden am 25. M\u00e4rz bzw. am 22.
