F\u00fcr die gesamte Branche liegen dem Statistischen Bundesamt nur die Zahlen f\u00fcr die ersten drei Quartale vor. Daraus und aus der Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung der Mitglieder des Fachverbands Faltschachtel-Industrie e.V. (FFI), f\u00fcr die bereits Ganzjahreszahlen vorliegen, l\u00e4sst sich jedoch die Gesamtentwicklung der Branche hinreichend ableiten. Auf die FFI-Mitglieder entfallen zwei Drittel des Produktionswertes und etwas mehr als die H\u00e4lfte des Volumens der Gesamtbranche.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ihr Produktionsvolumen sank um 6,2% auf 519.795 Tonnen im Jahr 2023, w\u00e4hrend der Produktionswert um 2,3% auf 1,470 Milliarden Euro anstieg. Hintergrund des Mengenr\u00fcckgangs sind die Verringerung der Lagerbest\u00e4nde an Fertigerzeugnissen entlang der Lieferkette, die Zur\u00fcckhaltung der Verbraucher infolge der Inflation und eine allgemeine Verlangsamung des Wirtschaftswachstums. Die Ver\u00e4nderungen des Produktionswertes sind vor allem darauf zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, dass, wie in anderen Branchen auch, h\u00f6here Grundkosten f\u00fcr Rohstoffe, Energie und Frachten weitergegeben wurden. Der errechnete Produktionswert betr\u00e4gt 2.828 EUR, was einer Steigerung von 8,3% entspricht.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man diese j\u00e4hrliche Entwicklung auf den gesamten Sektor hochrechnet, ergibt sich ein vergleichbares Bild. Dort d\u00fcrfte der Mengenr\u00fcckgang bei \u00fcber 5% liegen, w\u00e4hrend der Anstieg des Produktionswerts rund 2% betragen wird. \"Die gesamtwirtschaftliche Situation ist auch an der Faltschachtelindustrie nicht spurlos vor\u00fcbergegangen und die Nachfrage ist gesunken. Nach der Coronavirus-Pandemie wurden Vorr\u00e4te und volle Lager abgebaut und die Inflation hat zu einer sp\u00fcrbaren Kaufzur\u00fcckhaltung der Verbraucher gef\u00fchrt\", sagt Andreas Helbig, Sprecher des FFI-Vorstandes.
