B. durch Verpackungsverbote, Zielvorgaben f\u00fcr die Wiederverwendung und den Recyclinganteil sowie Kennzeichnungsvorschriften.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Mitgesetzgeber dar\u00fcber diskutieren, von einer Rechtsgrundlage f\u00fcr den Binnenmarkt abzugehen oder sich f\u00fcr eine duale Rechtsgrundlage zu entscheiden, betont die Verpackungsindustrie, dass ein solcher Weg diesen Druck weiter versch\u00e4rfen w\u00fcrde, da er die Fragmentierung des Unionsmarktes verst\u00e4rken und den Weg f\u00fcr einen Flickenteppich nationaler Verpackungsvorschriften ebnen w\u00fcrde, wodurch das Ziel der Schaffung einer alle Mitgliedstaaten umfassenden Kreislaufwirtschaft zum Nachteil der Verbrauchersicherheit, des Umweltschutzes und der europ\u00e4ischen Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit untergraben w\u00fcrde.
