Dezember 2022 - Die 4evergreen-Allianz ver\u00f6ffentlicht heute die Betaversion ihres Protokolls zur Bewertung der Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit von faserstoffbasierten Verpackungen, Teil 1 f\u00fcr Standardwerke. Dieses bahnbrechende Instrument wird der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette helfen, die Bewertung der Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit bestehender und k\u00fcnftiger Verpackungsprodukte zu verbessern und zu harmonisieren.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Designer, Hersteller und Recycler von Verpackungen aus Fasern arbeiten st\u00e4ndig an der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Technologien. Ihr Ziel ist es, die Kreislaufwirtschaft zu maximieren und dem Sektor zu helfen, eine entscheidende, positive Rolle bei der Gestaltung der klimaneutralen Zukunft Europas zu spielen. Bislang fehlte ihnen jedoch eine gemeinsame europ\u00e4ische Methode zur Bewertung der Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit von Produkten.<\/p>\n<p>Um diese L\u00fccke zu schlie\u00dfen, hat sich 4evergreen, die erste Allianz, die den gesamten Sektor der faserhaltigen Verpackungen abdeckt, zusammengeschlossen, um das Protokoll zur Bewertung der Wiederverwertbarkeit zu entwickeln. 75 Experten aus der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette arbeiteten an dem Projekt mit und analysierten Daten und Ergebnisse aus mehr als 50 tats\u00e4chlichen Recycling-Tests mit fast 100 verschiedenen Proben.<\/p>\n<p>Die heute ver\u00f6ffentlichte Betaversion kann von der gesamten Branche genutzt werden, um einzelne Verpackungsprodukte aus Zellulosefasern quantitativ und qualitativ zu bewerten und sie hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung f\u00fcr das Recycling in Standardm\u00fchlen zu beurteilen. Die Nutzer sind aufgefordert, das Bewertungsprotokoll zu testen und ihr Feedback zu \u00fcbermitteln, um diese Betaversion zu einer ersten vollst\u00e4ndigen Version zu optimieren und in zuk\u00fcnftige Versionen einflie\u00dfen zu lassen. Die Experten von 4evergreen arbeiten bereits intensiv daran, das Protokoll zu erweitern und die Bewertung der Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit f\u00fcr Flotation-Deinking- und Spezialm\u00fchlen auf der Grundlage der derzeit von der Allianz durchgef\u00fchrten Tests aufzunehmen. Die aktualisierten Versionen werden im Laufe des Jahres 2023 auf den Markt kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Hans Wortman, 4evergreen-Vorsitzender und interner Unternehmensberater bei der WEPA-Gruppe, sagte: <em>\"Die St\u00e4rke der 4evergreen-Allianz liegt in unserer F\u00e4higkeit, Fachwissen zu teilen und die Punkte in der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette f\u00fcr faserbasierte Verpackungen zu verbinden. Die Beta-Version des Protokolls zur Bewertung der Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit f\u00fcr Standardwerke ist ein wichtiger Schritt hin zu einer unkomplizierten, zuverl\u00e4ssigen Methode zur Bewertung der Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit, die der gesamte Sektor nutzen kann. Der n\u00e4chste Schritt ist die Entwicklung des Recyclability Evaluation Protocol f\u00fcr Deinking- und Spezialfabriken. Diese Bem\u00fchungen bringen uns unserem Ziel n\u00e4her, bis 2030 eine Recyclingquote von 90% zu erreichen.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Peter Hengesbach, Co-Leiter des Projekts und Verantwortlicher f\u00fcr die Wiederverwertbarkeit bei Stora Enso, sagte: <em>\"Wir haben im gesamten Sektor der faserhaltigen Verpackungen intensiv zusammengearbeitet, um unser Wissen zu teilen und einen Konsens \u00fcber dieses neue und einzigartige Protokoll zur Bewertung der Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit zu erzielen. Wir freuen uns darauf, zu h\u00f6ren, was die Leute von dieser Version halten, damit wir sie verfeinern und ihre Verwendung auf alle Arten von Recyclingbetrieben ausweiten k\u00f6nnen. Unser Ziel ist es, dieses Instrument zu einem weit verbreiteten und akzeptierten Instrument in der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette zu machen.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Das Protokoll zur Bewertung der Rezyklierbarkeit gibt den Anwendern eine Anleitung zur Interpretation der Ergebnisse der Cepi-Labortestmethode f\u00fcr die Rezyklierbarkeit, die Parameter zur Effizienz des Recyclingprozesses und zur Qualit\u00e4t des erzeugten Recyclingpapiers liefert. Diese Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen dann in das Tool zur Berechnung der Punktzahl des Protokolls eingegeben werden. Das Tool bewertet die Daten und gibt eine Punktzahl von -100 bis +100 an. Je h\u00f6her die Punktzahl, desto leichter ist das Produkt in einer Standardm\u00fchle zu recyceln. Ein negativer Wert bedeutet, dass ein Produkt nicht f\u00fcr das Recycling in einer Standardm\u00fchle geeignet ist, aber m\u00f6glicherweise sehr gut in einer Flotation-Deinking- oder Spezialm\u00fchle recycelt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die 4evergreen-Allianz f\u00fcgt das Protokoll zur Bewertung der Wiederverwertbarkeit zu einem wachsenden Paket von Instrumenten hinzu, die f\u00fcr die Branche entwickelt wurden. Dazu geh\u00f6ren der Leitfaden f\u00fcr die verbesserte Sammlung und Sortierung von Verpackungen auf Faserbasis f\u00fcr das Recycling\" und der Leitfaden Circularity by Design f\u00fcr Verpackungen auf Faserbasis\".
