Der FFI-Arbeitskreis Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement gibt Faltschachtelherstellern mit seiner neuen \"FFI Information Beauftragung von Migrationspr\u00fcfungen\", die unter Mitwirkung der Papiertechnischen Stiftung erstellt wurde, eine Information und ein Werkzeug an die Hand, das die Unternehmen der Branche in ihrer internen Qualit\u00e4tssicherung und -kontrolle bei der Risikoanalyse qualifiziert unterst\u00fctzt. Dabei steht insbesondere die analytische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Migration, die vom Faltschachtelhersteller bei einem externen Labor beauftragt wird, im Zentrum der Informationsschrift. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Informationsschrift auch um eine Liste mit akkreditierten Laboren in Deutschland, die solche Untersuchungen durchf\u00fchren, begleitet.<\/p>\n

Informationsquelle und Werkzeug in der operativen Risikoanalyse<\/h4>\n

Die Konformit\u00e4tsarbeit im Rahmen eines Prozesses der Guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice) zur Herstellung von Faltschachteln als Lebensmittelbedarfsgegenst\u00e4nde ist ein mehrstufiger Prozess. Dabei werden einerseits die Informationen des Kunden \u00fcber die Art des zu verpackenden Lebensmittels und der bestimmungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Gebrauch der Verpackung spezifiziert sowie andererseits die Informationen der Lieferanten \u00fcber die Benennung der in den Rohmaterialien verwendeten Substanzen mit Migrationspotenzial ermittelt. Mit Kenntnis der individuellen Materialzusammensetzung der Faltschachtel bewertet der Faltschachtelhersteller dann im Rahmen der Risikoanalyse die vorliegenden Informationen.<\/p>\n

Dabei kann die interne Qualit\u00e4tssicherung und -kontrolle f\u00fcr die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung potenziell migrierender Stoffe grunds\u00e4tzlich auf eine oder mehrere Arten und Weisen erfolgen:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Rezeptur- und Dokumentenpr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr alle gelieferten Rohmaterialien<\/li>\n
  2. Mathematische Modellierung der Migration in Lebensmitteln (\"Migration Modelling\")<\/li>\n
  3. Bei bekanntem oder analysiertem Gehalt von Substanzen in den Materialien:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Berechnung der maximal m\u00f6glichen Migration (Summe des Stoff-\u00dcbergangs) in das Lebensmittel und Abgleich mit Grenzwerten<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Analytische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Migration mit Lebensmittelsimulanzien (Globalmigration, Screening-Analysen, Spezifische Migration)<\/li>\n
    2. Analytische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der spezifischen Migrationen in realen Lebensmitteln (Lagerversuche)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Das Ergebnis der Risikoanalyse kann in die Abgabe einer Beschaffenheitsbeschreibung f\u00fcr die Faltschachtel an den Kunden m\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n

      Im Rahmen der Risikoanalyse und\/oder aufgrund einer Kundenanforderung kann es insbesondere angeraten oder erforderlich sein, analytische und\/oder Migrationsuntersuchungen im eigenen Labor durchzuf\u00fchren oder damit ein externes, akkreditiertes Labor zu beauftragen (siehe oben Nr. 4). Neben Kundenanforderungen im Einzelfall k\u00f6nnen auch neue Rohmaterialien, neue Materialkombinationen im Verpackungssystem, neue Prozessschritte mit ver\u00e4nderten Abl\u00e4ufen, gesetzliche \u00c4nderungen oder auch periodische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen des eigenen Portfolios des Faltschachtel-Herstellers Anl\u00e4sse f\u00fcr Migrationsuntersuchungen sein.<\/p>\n

      Die neue \"FFI Information Beauftragung von Migrationspr\u00fcfungen\" ist daher nicht nur eine Informationsquelle \u00fcber den gesamten Prozess der Risikobewertung, sondern auch ein Werkzeug, indem Art und Weise des zu erteilenden Pr\u00fcfauftrages sowie Umfang und Tiefe der Darstellung der Pr\u00fcfungsergebnisse erl\u00e4utert werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
