Die \u00f6ffentliche Abstimmung ist jetzt er\u00f6ffnet<\/a> f\u00fcr den European Carton Excellence Award (ECEA). Als f\u00fchrender Wettbewerb f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Verpackungsdesign auf dem Kontinent w\u00fcrdigt der Preis die kreative Arbeit und das Branchenwissen von Kartonherstellern und -verarbeitern.<\/p>\n

WestRock gewann den Public Award im letzten Jahr mit seinem Smarties Riesen-Hexatube<\/a>. Das Design besteht vollst\u00e4ndig aus Karton und ersetzt die Kunststoffkappe und den Kunststoff-Schrumpfverschluss der bisherigen Smarties-Verpackung, wodurch der Umwelt \u00fcber 100 Tonnen Kunststoff pro Jahr erspart werden. Die Verpackung ist eine der technisch am schwierigsten herzustellenden Verpackungen von WestRock, da sie ein hohes Ma\u00df an Schnitt- und Rillgenauigkeit erfordert, um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt in der Fabrik gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit hoher Geschwindigkeit abgef\u00fcllt werden kann und die Originalit\u00e4tssicherung nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.<\/p>\n

Die Beitr\u00e4ge, die in diesem Jahr f\u00fcr die \u00f6ffentliche Abstimmung ausgew\u00e4hlt wurden, repr\u00e4sentieren das Beste aus der europ\u00e4ischen Faltschachtelindustrie. Die Auswahlliste umfasst 24 L\u00f6sungen, die ein breites Spektrum von Anwendungen abdecken. Die Jury war begeistert \u00fcber die Qualit\u00e4t und Funktionalit\u00e4t der diesj\u00e4hrigen Beitr\u00e4ge, die von einigen der bekanntesten Kartonfabriken, Verarbeiter und Designer der Branche eingereicht wurden. Die Finalisten \u00fcberzeugten die Jury nicht nur durch ihren innovativen Ansatz beim Verpackungsdesign, sondern auch durch ihre F\u00e4higkeit, den Verbrauchern die Bedeutung umweltfreundlicher und nachhaltiger Verpackungskonzepte zu vermitteln.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Die Stimmabgabe ist ebenfalls offen<\/a> f\u00fcr Europas f\u00fchrenden j\u00e4hrlichen Nachwuchswettbewerb f\u00fcr Verpackungsdesign, Pro Carton's Young Designers Award (PCYDA), bei dem Studenten aufgerufen sind, kreative Kartonkonzepte in vier Kategorien zu entwerfen und zu gestalten: Lebensmittel & Getr\u00e4nke, Alle anderen, Kreative Kartonideen und Nachhaltigkeit.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr den diesj\u00e4hrigen PCYDA wurden mehr als 830 Beitr\u00e4ge von \u00fcber 100 Universit\u00e4ten und Hochschulen aus ganz Europa eingereicht - der Rekord 2021 wurde erneut \u00fcbertroffen! Die Juroren waren sehr beeindruckt von der Kreativit\u00e4t und Innovation der Beitr\u00e4ge sowie von der professionellen Pr\u00e4sentation der Videos, die zu den einzelnen Entw\u00fcrfen eingereicht wurden. Die besten 25 Entw\u00fcrfe k\u00f6nnen nun auf der Pro Carton-Website besichtigt werden, wo die \u00d6ffentlichkeit ihren Favoriten w\u00e4hlen kann: hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Die Stimmabgabe f\u00fcr den European Carton Excellence Awards und den Pro Carton Young Designers Award ist auf der Pro Carton Website m\u00f6glich. F\u00fcr beide Auszeichnungen k\u00f6nnen alle Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten einmal pro Beitrag abstimmen, insgesamt stehen drei Stimmen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Stimmabgabe endet am Freitag, den 26. August. Die Gewinner werden bekannt gegeben auf der Awards-Gala am 15. September in Krakau, Polen<\/a>.<\/p>\n
