M\u00e4rz 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/4evergreenforum.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4evergreen alliance<\/a> hat ihren Leitfaden \"Circularity by Design\" herausgegeben, der das Ergebnis einer von Experten geleiteten Forschung und Diskussion ist und Verpackungsdesignern klare Empfehlungen f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Verpackungen auf Faserbasis an die Hand gibt, die von Anfang an f\u00fcr das Recycling konzipiert sind.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Leitfaden \"Circularity by Design\" wurde von 29 Experten f\u00fcr Verpackungsdesign entwickelt und von 114 Branchenf\u00fchrern gepr\u00fcft. Der Leitfaden ist ein wichtiger Schritt auf dem Weg zu einer kreislauforientierten Zukunft f\u00fcr faserbasierte Verpackungen.<\/p>\n<p>Kreislauforientiertes Design bedeutet, dass Materialien verwendet werden, die einen immer effizienteren Recyclingprozess unterst\u00fctzen. Hunderte von Stunden und viele Ressourcen sind in diese Leitlinien geflossen, und das ist dem Engagement unserer Mitglieder zu verdanken, eine kreislauforientierte und kohlenstoffarme Zukunft aufzubauen.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Der Leitfaden umfasst 7 Komponenten, darunter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fcllstoffe, Zusatzstoffe und Wirkstoffe;<\/li>\n<li>Barrierebeschichtungen und Polymergehalt;<\/li>\n<li>Druckfarben und Lacke;<\/li>\n<li>Klebstoffe;<\/li>\n<li>dekorative Metallteile;<\/li>\n<li>Basismaterial und alternative Fasern; und<\/li>\n<li>Produktkontamination oder Restgehalt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Verpackungsindustrie, die sich ihrer Rolle bei der Gestaltung einer klimaneutralen Zukunft bewusst ist, hat im Rahmen der 4evergreen-Allianz zusammengearbeitet, um einen von Experten gestalteten Leitfaden f\u00fcr die gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette der faserbasierten Verpackungen zu entwickeln. Die Branche weist bereits die h\u00f6chste Recyclingquote auf und hat durch ihre Beitr\u00e4ge zur Allianz ihr Engagement f\u00fcr eine bessere Zukunft unter Beweis gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Allianz stellt derzeit zwei weitere Ergebnisse fertig: ein Protokoll zur Bewertung der Wiederverwertbarkeit und einen Leitfaden zur verbesserten Sammlung und Sortierung von Faserstoffverpackungen f\u00fcr das Recycling.
