Am 15. Februar 2022 wurde mit der Abschlusskonferenz das zweij\u00e4hrige EU-Projekt \"Turn the Page\" - Recruitment strategies to attract young talents in the paper industry (Projekt VS\/2020\/0016) abgeschlossen.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Turn the Page\" wurde im M\u00e4rz 2020 von der Confederation of European Paper Industries (Cepi) in Zusammenarbeit mit IndustriAll European Trade Union ins Leben gerufen. Unterst\u00fctzt von nationalen Partnern in Belgien, Finnland, Deutschland, Italien und Polen sowie von Spin360 als technischem Partner, war das Hauptziel die Entwicklung eines umfassenden Strategie zur Gewinnung und Bindung junger Menschen an den Zellstoff- und Papiersektor<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Die europ\u00e4ische Zellstoff- und Papierindustrie ist ein gr\u00fcner, hochinnovativer und zunehmend digitaler Sektor, der viele spannende Arbeits- und Karrierem\u00f6glichkeiten bietet. Dies ist jedoch nicht allgemein bekannt. Turn The Page hat es uns erm\u00f6glicht, L\u00f6sungen und Instrumente zu entwickeln, um auf eine Weise zu kommunizieren, die den Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Erwartungen der jungen Generation entspricht.<\/span><\/em> sagte Jori Ringman, Generaldirektor des Cepi, bei der Er\u00f6ffnung der Veranstaltung.<\/span><\/p>\n

Luc Triangle, Generalsekret\u00e4r von industriAll Europe, f\u00fcgte hinzu: \"Attraktive und zukunftssichere Arbeitspl\u00e4tze im Zellstoff- und Papiersektor sind ein gemeinsames Anliegen von Arbeitgebern und Gewerkschaften. Ein starker sozialer Dialog ist der Schl\u00fcssel zu guten Arbeitsbedingungen und attraktiven Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen sowie zur Deckung des Qualifikationsbedarfs. Als Sozialpartner werden wir unsere diesbez\u00fcgliche Arbeit auf den verschiedenen Ebenen fortsetzen.\"<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend der zweij\u00e4hrigen Laufzeit des Projekts wurden wichtige Ergebnisse erzielt, die in ganz Europa genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen, wie z. B:<\/span><\/p>\n

- Die Schaffung eines interaktiven Toolkit f\u00fcr bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren<\/span><\/a> f\u00fcr Papierunternehmen, Bildungs- und Ausbildungseinrichtungen, Gewerkschaften und Verb\u00e4nde, die Empfehlungen<\/span><\/strong> und konkrete bew\u00e4hrte Praktiken<\/span><\/strong> um junge Arbeitnehmer anzuziehen und zu halten.<\/span><\/p>\n

- Eine engagierte Website<\/span><\/a> mit Informationen \u00fcber den Sektor, einschlie\u00dflich einer Liste der Schulen und Kurse zum Thema Papier<\/span><\/strong> in der gesamten EU, Beschreibungen von Berufsprofile<\/span><\/strong> speziell f\u00fcr die Papierindustrie, sowie Video-Testimonials von jungen Menschen<\/span><\/strong> die in der Industrie arbeiten.<\/span><\/p>\n

- Erfolgsgeschichten von engagierten Veranstaltungen<\/span><\/strong> in den vier Partnerl\u00e4ndern organisiert, die die junge Studenten in Kontakt mit der Industrie<\/span><\/strong>in dem sie \u00fcber Besch\u00e4ftigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten informieren und Erfahrungen \u00fcber die Arbeit in der Papierindustrie austauschen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Abschlusskonferenz<\/span><\/strong> nahmen 100 Vertreter der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, des Europ\u00e4ischen Zentrums f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung der Berufsbildung (CEDEFOP), von Papierherstellern, Gewerkschaften, Berufsbildungsanbietern sowie junge Menschen, die in der Branche arbeiten, teil. Auf der Konferenz wurden die Projektergebnisse vorgestellt und mit den Akteuren des Sektors dar\u00fcber diskutiert, wie die Attraktivit\u00e4t des Papiersektors weiter gesteigert und der Weg in die Zukunft festgelegt werden kann. <\/span><\/p>\n
