Pro Carton hat k\u00fcrzlich eine Studie durchgef\u00fchrt, die nicht nur die ver\u00f6ffentlichten Daten zum CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck pro Tonne Material vergleicht, sondern auch den CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck pro Einheit betrachtet.  Es wurden vier Produkte verglichen, eines in einer \u00fcberwiegend aus Kunststoff bestehenden Verpackung und eines aus Karton f\u00fcr drei Lebensmittel und ein Non-Food-Produkt.  Die Ergebnisse sind sehr g\u00fcnstig f\u00fcr Karton, selbst wenn man nur die jeweiligen fossilen Treibhausgasemissionen vergleicht.
