Cepi hat diese Woche eine Antwort von <\/a>EVP Timmermans & Kommissar Sinkevicius<\/a> auf das gemeinsame Schreiben vom 25. September 2020, das von Pro Carton mitunterzeichnet wurde. Leider best\u00e4tigte die Kommission, dass \"die Richtlinie Einweg-Kunststoffprodukte abdeckt, die ganz oder teilweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind, und keine De-minimis-Regel vorsieht\", was bedeutet, dass polymerbeschichtete Barrierekartons weiterhin in den Anwendungsbereich der Richtlinie fallen, soweit sie betroffen sind. Wie Sie wissen, wurden die Mitgliedstaaten aufgefordert, sich bis zum 25. Januar zu dem Entwurf zu \u00e4u\u00dfern, und wir haben unsere Mitglieder aufgefordert, sich schriftlich an ihre Regierungen zu wenden und sich gegen diesen Teil der Gesetzgebung auszusprechen. Obwohl die Frist verstrichen ist, m\u00f6chten wir alle Mitglieder ermutigen, weiterhin bei ihren eigenen Regierungen Lobbyarbeit zu leisten, da die Umsetzung der Richtlinie von der Zustimmung der einzelnen L\u00e4nder abh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
