MPS reagiert damit auf die hohe Kundennachfrage von Designern und Markenartiklern nach vielf\u00e4ltigen Veredelungsm\u00f6glichkeiten und h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t. Die neue Maschine ist die vielseitigste Maschine, die die Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) jemals f\u00fcr den Verpackungsdruck im Premiumbereich produziert hat und hat jetzt ihre Endabnahme bestanden. Sie umfasst elf Druck-, drei Lack- und vier Trockenwerke sowie das Inline-Kaltfoliensystem FoilStar. Um eine Null-Fehler-Produktion und h\u00f6chste Farbqualit\u00e4t zu erm\u00f6glichen, ist die Speedmaster XL 106 mit den neuen Qualit\u00e4ts- und Farbmesssystemen Prinect Inspection Control 2 und Image Control 3 ausgestattet. MPS hat \u00fcber ein Jahr lang einen Feldtest mit Image Control 3 an seiner Speedmaster XL 106 mit 17 Druckwerken begleitet und war von den neuen M\u00f6glichkeiten \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n<p>\"Mit der neuen 18-Werke-Maschine, die \u00fcbrigens direkt neben der 17-Werke-Maschine steht, haben wir erneut eine bedeutende Investition innerhalb unserer globalen Aktivit\u00e4ten get\u00e4tigt\", erkl\u00e4rt Tim Whitfield, EVP European Branded Consumer, MPS. \"Mit der perfekt ausgestatteten Speedmaster XL 106 k\u00f6nnen wir noch mehr Prozesse inline und mit der Qualit\u00e4tssicherung 100% umsetzen und so sicherstellen, dass wir die Anforderungen einiger der bekanntesten Marken der Welt erf\u00fcllen. Das hilft uns, unser Gesch\u00e4ft zu optimieren und auszubauen.\" Ein Anwendungsbeispiel f\u00fcr die Speedmaster XL 106, die mit einer Spitzengeschwindigkeit von 18.000 Bogen pro Stunde druckt, ist die Produktion von Whisky-Faltschachteln mit R\u00fcckseitendruck, Kaltfolienveredelung und Doppellack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das neue Prinect Image Control 3 - sorgt f\u00fcr die richtigen Farben<\/strong><br \/>\n\"Unser Produktportfolio reicht von Premium-Spirituosen bis hin zu hochwertigen Feinkonfekt. Markeninhaber k\u00f6nnen ihre Verpackungen jetzt mit noch mehr Farben und Folien sowie Matt-, Glanz- und Perlglanzeffekten, mit Spot- und Volltonveredelungen versehen\", best\u00e4tigt David Rae, Print Champion bei MPS East Kilbride. In diesen markenbewussten Segmenten ist die Qualit\u00e4t extrem wichtig, weshalb MPS zusammen mit der neuen Maschine das Prinect Image Control 3 System bestellte. \"Wir haben Image Control 3 ausgiebig getestet und konnten so sicherstellen, dass auch unsere Anforderungen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden\", erkl\u00e4rt Rae. \"Die meisten unserer Auftr\u00e4ge werden mit metallisiertem Karton produziert. Image Control 3 gibt uns erstmals die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Deckwei\u00df \u00fcber einen ganz normalen Druckkontrollstreifen zu messen und zu regeln. Auf Grund unserer R\u00fcckmeldungen hat Heidelberg diese Funktion noch zuverl\u00e4ssiger gemacht. Die ben\u00f6tigten Farbwerte sind jetzt viel einfacher zu speichern und abzurufen, und das gesamte System ist benutzerfreundlicher geworden.\"<\/p>\n<p>Das ist umso wertvoller, als derzeit mehr als 600 Farben im Archiv von MPS gespeichert sind - von Farben f\u00fcr Karton mit metallisierter Beschichtung bis hin zu ungestrichenen und gestrichenen Papieren. 90 Prozent der Farben sind Sonderfarben und werden kundenindividuell angepasst. \"Insgesamt hat Image Control 3 f\u00fcr eine h\u00f6here Qualit\u00e4t und mehr Einheitlichkeit innerhalb unseres Prozesses gesorgt, da wir nun Farben auf allen Substraten - insbesondere metallisierten Substraten - messen und kontrollieren k\u00f6nnen\", fasst Rae zusammen. \"Seit Ende letzten Jahres ist unser Image Control 3 an die neue zentrale Farbdatenbank von Heidelberg angeschlossen. Das bedeutet, dass wir ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Backup aller Farben haben und mit einer Konvertierungssoftware Farbdaten im CxF-Format importieren k\u00f6nnen, die dann sofort im System zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.\" MPS w\u00fcnschte sich diese Funktion, um an allen Standorten konsistent ein und dieselbe Farbe produzieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit Ende letzten Jahres liefert Heidelberg die dritte Generation des Vollbogen-Farbmesssystems Prinect Image Control aus. Es scannt mit spektralphotometrischen Messk\u00f6pfen und einer Aufl\u00f6sung von 200 dpi. Neben der Echtfarbbildkontrolle erm\u00f6glicht die Option \"Offline Inspection\" die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des gesamten Druckbogens auf Druckfehler und sichert so die Fehlerfreiheit der Verpackung.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Null-Fehler-Produktion erreicht MPS auch dank des Inline-Inspektionssystems Prinect Inspection Control 2, das ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Produktivit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4tssicherung in die t\u00e4gliche Produktion implementiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden neuen Prinect Farb- und Qualit\u00e4tsmesssysteme Image Control 3 und Inspection Control 2 wurden auf der Messe Interpack in D\u00fcsseldorf vorgestellt und waren auch auf den anschlie\u00dfenden Verpackungstagen in Wiesloch-Walldorf zu sehen.
