Die Pro Carton\/ECMA Award 2013 war ein voller Erfolg. Das Interesse an neuen Ideen im Bereich Karton und Faltschachteln hat deutlich zugenommen, wie die Einreichungen zeigen: Fast ein Drittel der Einreichungen war neu im Wettbewerb - so viele Neulinge gab es noch nie bei den Award. Vorgestellt wurden die Awards am 19. September 2013 auf dem ECMA-Kongress in Dubrovnik verliehen. Der Carton of the Year wurde an die Twinkle Box Champagnerverpackung von Van Genechten verliehen.<\/strong><\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Am 19. September auf dem ECMA-Kongress in Dubrovnik endlich soweit: Die Finalisten in den acht Kategorien standen bereits im August fest - und nun war es an der Zeit, die Gewinner zu verk\u00fcnden. Die Verleihung der Preise in den einzelnen Kategorien war einer der H\u00f6hepunkte des Tagesprogramms. Am Abend erreichte die Spannung ihren H\u00f6hepunkt: Ein Showact der Band \"Serpents\" bereicherte die Verleihung der drei Hauptpreise: Karton des Jahres, Innovativster Karton, Nachhaltigkeit, sowie der von der Jury empfohlene President's Special Award. Die Kulisse f\u00fcr den glamour\u00f6sen Galaabend war ein romantischer Innenhof in der Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Die Urkunden und Troph\u00e4en wurden von Roland Rex, Pr\u00e4sident Pro Carton, und Dr. Andreas Blaschke, Pr\u00e4sident ECMA, \u00fcberreicht. Das Rautenmuster macht die Verpackung unverwechselbar, und das edle Band zum Tragen vermittelt einen l\u00e4ssigen Chic. Die Box h\u00e4lt den Champagner bis zu zwei Stunden k\u00fchl und bewahrt die au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Eigenschaften des Inhalts. Die Twinkle Box bedeckt nur etwa zwei Drittel der Flasche - ein Novum in der Welt des Champagners. Der Champagner kann direkt eingeschenkt werden, die Flasche bleibt in der gek\u00fchlten Box. Ganz einfach die perfekte Erfrischung f\u00fcr eine sommerliche Gartenparty - oder als Geschenk f\u00fcr glanzvolle Momente.<\/p>\n

Die innovativste Kartonl\u00f6sung dieses Jahres ahmt die Funktion einer uralten Metallkonstruktion nach: die B\u00fcroklammer aus dem Jahr 1867. Eine nachhaltige Alternative f\u00fcr ein klassisches Produkt, die genauso gut funktioniert und genauso wenig kostet. Der Deltaclip wurde von Schut Hoes Cartons und Deltaclip International entwickelt. Das extrem kleine Produkt wird in gro\u00dfen Mengen hergestellt und asymmetrisch gefaltet: eine Herausforderung f\u00fcr die Produktion und eine brillante L\u00f6sung von Schut Hoes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Maximale Nachhaltigkeit lautete das Urteil der Jury f\u00fcr einen zylindrischen, wiederverschlie\u00dfbaren Beh\u00e4lter, der beim \u00d6ffnen Schokoladensticks wie einen Blumenstrau\u00df pr\u00e4sentiert. Um eine optimale Qualit\u00e4t des Inhalts zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, w\u00e4hlte Van Genechten ein Verbundmaterial aus beschichtetem Karton und einer metallisierten Folie, die die entsprechenden Barriereeigenschaften bietet. Trotz der Beschichtung kann der Karton normal recycelt werden. Das Ergebnis: ein farbenfroher Blickfang im Regal und sehr nachhaltig in Bezug auf Produktion, Versand und Recycling.<\/p>\n

Mit dem President's Special Award zeichnete die Jury eine Verpackung von Karl Knauer aus, die durch den Einsatz neuer Technologien die Attraktivit\u00e4t des Kartons am Point of Sale noch weiter erh\u00f6ht: \"Die Bombay Sapphire-Verpackung ist eine hervorragende Verpackung, die alle Anforderungen des Getr\u00e4nkesektors erf\u00fcllt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist in ihr ein LED-System integriert, das beim Anfassen aktiviert wird. Es leuchtet nicht sofort, sondern allm\u00e4hlich auf und bleibt mehrere Sekunden lang eingeschaltet.<\/p>\n
