It is a matter close to our hearts that up-and-coming designers have the opportunity to work with cartonboard, as it offers many advantages. Cartonboard is a packaging material with the highest recycling rate which offers a truly circular packaging solution.
We invite teachers, lecturers and professors to work on the Pro Carton Young Designers Award and to use it as a course project or course assignment.
We are happy to provide your students with materials and expertise to assist with this assignment. We offer the following services for courses and classes:
- You can order folding carton and cartonboard sheets free-of-charge for the practical design work which is part of the Award. We are very grateful to our partners for this: MM Board and Paper & Metsä Board.

- The involvement of an industry expert to join one of your sessions, via a video call!
It doesn’t matter if you are teaching Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design or Structural Design … everyone is welcome to innovate and design packaging for a better world!
